Yeah... I always get a kick outta seeing Fafnir (or Nidhogg, or KB, or etc.) are intimidated by me. Just kinda makes you feel good to see a huge dragon is intimidated by you.

And people wonder why I make such huge posts. I do it in hopes it avoids this but any language other then math can be so easily missunderstood. Best thing to do is for the person attempting to communitcate to the other to remove as many assumption possibilities that they can.

As well on the other side of the coin the person reading has to make more educated guesses on the posters message. That means they should strive to find what the poster may of assumed as being common knowledge to everyone.

Not a full-proof way of avoiding these mistakes but it can at least reduce them some. Or better yet always assume your knowledge of everything is common knowledge, then only reply if they are questioning that common knowledge directly (Example: Is Flash good for anything else other then hate control?).

Heh, I think my post got something of an oxymoron element to it now. As post about common knowledge on something that probably is common knowledge. Heh kind of does contradict itself >.>

Anyway on topic yeah the +Enmity is really nice for tanks and for us DD -Enmity is very nice too

On that train of thought, has anyone noticed that both General's Shield and Koenig Shield give "Beast Killer" effect, but Admiral's Shield (+1 of General) gives "Aquan Killer" effect?

Am I being gipped here?

If I'm thinking what it is, Aquan Killer is all water-based mobs? How come I don't get Beast Killer too, is it a typo?

Not to mention, I would think Aquan Killer would have been useful, y'know, like 30 levels ago when I first started fighting damn Crabs. Seeing as I won't be anymore.....

My Ranger was very impressed, as well.

Easiest way to avoid this issue is have Monk sub Thief and allow the mob to turn with Arching Arrow so the Monk can Fuidama Dragon Kick back onto you after that. Does more damage and doesn't require you blowing all of your MP + JA's in the first place.

Honestly.

Beast Killer is much more useful to have at that level than Aquan Killer is.
Sure the extra 1 CHR, 1 Defense and 1 Enmity is nice but when you have the chance to intimidate a mob and stop their actions all together is better than a tiny boost in hate IMO.

Am I the only Paladin to actually use Diamond Shield? The 18 DEF and +2 Vit is really nice. It made the drop in Vit from Gluttony to Espadon+1 easier.

I am debating whether to get the General's or wait to Koenig's. The additional enmity would be nice but if I lose hate now its some pretty serious damage and I'm not sure if the enmity would make a difference.

The only thing I don't like is the look, lol. No-one checks equip anymore (unless you are missing ws's or spells aren't sticking) and it appears that my Diamond Shield is the RG shield. I think Diamond should sparkle or something.
